Recently I was up in the Chic-Chocs Mountains in Quebec exploring some snow kiting areas. It was my first snow kiting experience. Awesome! A group of us from Nova Scotia met up with Romain Barachko to show us around. The weather was a bit odd for the area with a large high pressure system bringing in blue bird skies and zero wind. There was a bit of wind at the top of Hog’s Back and just enough for Romain to launch his 12m Ikon kite.
Here is some footage of Romain up in the Chocs. Enjoy!
This is the first of a series of posts of the amazing acts of The French.
Andre Anzevui – Skis the north face of The Matterhorn. Completely nuts!
I am more of a big mountain guy but this rail edit is amazing!
